In the winter season, cold steals moisture from the skin, leaving it very dry. Many people frequently apply so many skin products like cream to the skin, feet, and face to maintain moisture, but very few people pay attention to heels. This is the reason ankles are torn so quickly during winter. Winter has started, so better take care of it before you have torn your heels. Let your ankles take care of you in winter.

  • Argan oil
Argan oil is rich in vitamin E which is rich in antioxidant properties. There are also essential fatty acids that help repair dead and pale skin and provide a protective layer on cracked heels. It is one of the best and most recommended essential oils for winter.
  • Glycerin-pink water
Glycerin is one of the best moisturizers, and applying it to cracked heels helps in the healing process. All you have to do is mix one tablespoon of glycerin with two teaspoons of rose water and half a teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply this to your heels and after applying, put on a pair of socks before bed.
  • Use heel balm
Heel balms can be used to treat and relieve chapped heels. This conditioner contains ingredients that can remove dead skin. It also keeps skin moisturized and soft. The healing balm must contain urea (Flexitol Heel Balm), sialic acid (salicylic acid, hard), and saccharide isomers. To care for your heels, use heel balm, and put on socks as soon as you wake up in the morning. You can use it two to three times a day.
