For water
Mint leaves: a handful
Coriander leaves – a handful
Imli Pulp – ¼ Cup (Use according to thickness)
Green Chilly-1
Ginger – 1 ”
Lemon juice – 1 tsp

water: 1500ml/5 glass
Black salt – 1 Tsp
Black pepper – ½ Tsp
Salt- To Taste
Jeera Powder – 1½ Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp

Dry mango powder – 1 Tsp
Red chili powder – ½ Tsp

For the spices:
Potatoes: 4-5-6 [Boiled] Chickpea(Kala chana) – ¼ Cup [Boiled] Coriander Powder r – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Thick Powdered Chili Flakes – 1 Tsp
Dry Mango Powder – ½ Tsp
Black Salt – To Taste
Salt – To Taste / 1
Leftover coriander, mint paste: 1½ Tbsp
