Mysore Bonda Recipe: Mysore Bonda is a famous South Indian street food made by mixing maida, yogurt, and native spices. It can be served as a light snack with tea. Ingredients for Making Mysore Bonda:

1 cup maida rice flour
½ cup of yogurt
2-3 tablespoons cilantro (finely chopped)
½ tsp cumin seeds
2-3 (finely chopped) green chilies
2.5 cm ginger (finely chopped)

Method:
Remove all-purpose flour from a large bowl. Add rice flour, curd, cumin, green chilies, ginger, salt, and baking powder and mix well. Add a little water to this mixture and make a smooth thick batter. Beat the butter for 2-3 minutes. Cover the batter and keep for 5-10 minutes. It will now be ready to bloom.
