Motichoor Laddoo Recipe: If you haven’t eaten Motichur ladoos or desi ghee for a long time, try this recipe at home. It is very easy to make Motichur ladoos at home. Desi ghee, gram flour, and milk are used in large quantities to make it. Everyone loves Motichur laddoos from the elderly to the kids. They become so soft that they dissolve in the mouth. So this time you have to make it at home and sweeten everyone’s mouth.



Motichur ladoos
2 cups of flour
1 tsp green cardamom ½ tsp edible food coloring
1 liter of milk

6 cups of ghee
1 pinch of baking soda
3 cups of sugar
4 cups of water

Method 
First, make sugar syrup. To do this, heat the water by placing a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and stir until it melts completely. Let it boil. Then add milk and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. If foam forms during cooking, remove it. Then cook until the consistency is uniform. After this, add cardamom powder and orange food coloring and stir it slowly and keep it aside. Now mix gram flour and milk in a large bowl until it softens. Add baking soda and mix well.



Now heat ghee in a deep fryer. Now make a well with the help of a ladle just above the oil and add some batter. Put it in hot oil and cook until it turns golden brown and soft. To remove excess oil, place it on the fabric. Now put it in the sugar syrup and mix well. Let them cool and make small and medium laddus. You can serve it immediately or store it in an airtight container for later.
