Heel pain, treat with these home remedies
One of the complaints that people often make is that they experience heel pain. Often people have problems with heel pain in winter. Although heel pain can be caused by weight gain, prolonged standing, wearing high heels or sandals, new sports or physical activity may also occur.
However, if you frequently experience excruciating ankle pain, you may feel irritation in your lower leg. Pain when standing for long periods, the sensation of stiffness or stiffness in the feet, slight swelling, raised soles or heels, could be due to plantar fasciitis.

Use turmeric in milk
You need to use turmeric in your diet. Drink turmeric milk. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce inflammation.
Apply ice to the painful area three to four times a day. To do this, wrap a piece of ice in a cloth and rub it on the painful spot with light hands. You will get relief from pain.
Massage with oil
Massage gently with clove oil or other oil instead of pain relievers. This speeds up blood flow and relaxes muscles. If there is a pain in the legs, massage with clove oil can help.
Drink ginger to relieve heel pain. Boil ginger in two glasses of water. When you are halfway through, drink three drops of lemon juice and a spoonful of honey. This will reduce pain and swelling.
Aloe Vera relieves pain
Pour the aloe vera gel into a bowl and heat it over low heat. Add Sal Ammoniac(Ammonium Chloride or Nausadar(Hindi)) and turmeric. When the gel starts to release the water, dab it on your knuckles with a cotton ball and tie it with a towel. Repeat this process at night for 30 consecutive days.
Heat two to three tablespoons of rock salt in water. Put your feet in this water for 10-15 minutes. Heel pain and swelling are reduced.
Mustard seeds provide relief
Grind about 50 grams of mustard seeds. Mix in a bucket of hot water. Put your feet in this water for 10 to 15 minutes, you will feel better.
Mix two tablespoons of vinegar and one teaspoon of salt or rock salt in a bucket of hot water and treat your feet with this water for about twenty minutes a day. This will relieve swelling, sprains, and cramps.
Give hot fomentation from the bottle
Fill the bottle with water and keep it under the soles of one foot. Turn it back and forth with the help of soles. Then do the same from the sole of the other leg. Do this process for about twenty minutes. Even so, if you don’t feel relief from heel pain, be sure to see your doctor.
