Egg Curry Recipe
Egg curry is a recipe that you can make any time during lunch or dinner. Egg (egg) is something that you can make in many ways. It’s easy to make because it has health benefits. This delicious curry is made by adding boiled eggs to a spicy gravy in which urad dal is tempered. Egg contains an abundance of protein (protein). In addition to protein, it also contains vitamin D.Egg curry is made differently in many regions. In some places potatoes, drumsticks, coconut milk are also added. However, onion, tomato, and herbs are all added to egg curry. Tempering red pepper and urad dal give a different flavor to the curry.  You can serve egg curry with plain roti, paratha, rice, biryani, pulao at dinner.

Ingredients for making egg curry

Boiled Eggs -6
Onion-1 (large)
Green chili -2
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Curds -2 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Red chili powder-1.5 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder -1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Bay leaves -2
Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Black cardamom-1
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil – 6 tbsp
