Ingredients for Making Onions Kachori

200 grams – Maida
1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds

How to make Onion Kachori
Take a pan. Now add oil, coriander, and hung in it. Cook it over medium heat for 2 minutes. Then add gram flour, Kashmiri red chili powder, black salt, chaat masala, and garam masala and fry for a few minutes. Then add the chopped onion, salt, and green chilies. Cook the onion until it softens and then adds the potatoes and mix well. Let this mixture cool down now. To make flour, take refined flour, celery, salt, and oil. To make a soft dough, mix everything well, and add water.
